Roof replacement in the Central Valley

When repairs stop making sense, we tear off the old roof and rebuild from the deck up: new underlayment, new flashing, new shingles, done in days. You'll know the full price before we start, and it won't change.

Worth knowing

Why a new roof pays off

Increase home valueHomes with newer roofs sell faster and for more, since buyers avoid surprise repair costs.
Safety firstOld roofs hide leaks, mold, and structural issues. Replacement maximizes storm and water protection.
Energy savingsModern materials keep homes cooler in Valley summers and warmer in winter, lowering bills.
Tax credits & rebatesEnergy-efficient or impact-resistant roofing may qualify for tax breaks, rebates, or insurance discounts.
Avoid expensive repairsLeaks spread to walls, ceilings, insulation, and foundations. A new roof stops the chain reaction.
Insurance benefitsInsurers may deny storm coverage on old roofs. A new one can reduce premiums and protect coverage.
Peace of mind: no more worrying when it rains.

Replacement questions

Can I stay home during the replacement?

Yes, most homeowners do. It's loud during tear-off, but you don't need to leave. We'll flag the noisiest windows of the day so you can plan calls or naps around them.

What if you find rotten decking under the old roof?

We photograph it, show you, and quote the board replacement at the per-sheet price already listed in your contract, agreed before the job starts, not invented on your driveway.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. Permitting and final inspection with your city are included in the quote. You don't touch paperwork.
