New construction roofs, built right the first time

New builds, additions, ADUs, garages, and shops all need a first roof that never becomes a problem. We work from your plans, coordinate with your builder's schedule, and install to manufacturer spec so the warranty means what it says.

Projects

Projects we roof

  • New custom homes and spec builds
  • Room additions tied into an existing roofline
  • ADUs and granny flats, attached or detached
  • Detached garages, shops, and outbuildings
  • Patio covers and porch roofs done to code
Tying into an existing roof?Additions live or die at the tie-in. We flash and weave new roof into old so the seam never becomes the leak.

New installation questions

Do you work directly with builders and GCs?

Yes, most of our new-construction work comes through builders. We quote from plans, hold our dates, and keep the site clean. Homeowners building their own ADU or shop are just as welcome.

Can you match the roof on my existing house?

For additions and ADUs, yes, that's usually the goal. We'll match shingle profile and color as closely as current product lines allow and show you samples before ordering.

How far ahead should we book?

A few weeks of lead time is ideal so we can hold your dry-in date, but call regardless of where your build is. We can usually make a schedule work.

Roofing a new build? Let's talk plans.

Send the drawings or just call. You'll get a spec-level quote and dates we actually hold.
