Shingle roofing, built for Valley heat
Asphalt shingle is what we install most, and what most Stanislaus County homes wear best. It handles our 100° summers, installs in days, and gives you the widest range of looks per dollar of any roof type.

Types of shingle roofs we install
Three tiers, honestly explained. We will tell you which one actually makes sense for your house and your budget, not just the most expensive one.
Why most Valley homes choose shingle

Shingle roofing questions
What does a new shingle roof cost in Stanislaus County?
It depends on your roof's size, pitch, the shingle tier you choose, and any decking repairs found under the old roof. We give you an exact itemized number after a free inspection, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
Which shingle is most popular around Delhi and Turlock?
Architectural shingle, by a wide margin. It looks better than three-tab, handles wind better, and its longer lifespan makes it the best value over time. Cool-roof rated versions are growing fast here because of our summers.
How long will a shingle roof last here?
Valley heat ages roofs faster than the box says. Realistically: 15 to 20 years for three-tab, 20 to 25 for architectural, a few years more for cool-roof rated shingle. Good attic ventilation, which we check on every job, adds years to any of them.
Can you install new shingles over my old ones?
Sometimes, if the existing layer is flat and sound and code allows it. That is the reroofing option, and it saves on tear-off cost. We will tell you honestly whether your roof is a candidate or whether an overlay would just hide problems.
