Is it really free? What's the catch?

Really free, no catch. Inspections are how we earn trust and find the jobs that are genuinely worth doing. Most inspections don't turn into work, and that's fine with us.

How long does an inspection take?

Usually 45 to 90 minutes depending on roof size and attic access, plus time to walk you through the photos afterward. You don't need to be on the roof, just around for the review.

Do I get to keep the report?

Yes. The photos and notes are yours whether or not you ever hire us, and we can send everything by text or email the same day.
